2025 On June 8, Shijiazhuang Hist Electric Co.,Ltd officially announced that its intelligent manufacturing base has passed the CTS JC 025-2024 intelligent factory management system certification, becoming the first batch of high-end equipment manufacturers in China to comply with this standard. The certification was developed by the National Industrial Information Security Development and Research Center jointly with the China Electronic Technology Standardization Institute, demonstrating national recognition for the systematic construction of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
Systematic breakthroughs in digital transformation
The certification audit shows that the enterprise has achieved comprehensive intelligent modernization thanks to three main innovations:
Digital dual system: building a full life cycle virtual factory covering R&D, production, operation and maintenance, with the digital mirror rate of key equipment reaching 100%
Intelligent decision center: applying artificial intelligence algorithms to achieve dynamic optimization of the production plan, while the order delivery cycle was reduced by 37% and energy consumption was reduced by 22%
Industrial Industrial Internet Platform: bringing together 128 upstream and downstream suppliers, forming a collaborative industrial chain production ecology
Future layout
“Certification is just the starting point,” said the company's CEO, Mr. Niu Lifeng, at the conference. The company will continue to increase investment in building the industry's first "5G + industrial metaverse" experimental base, focusing on the research and development of virtual and real interaction, distributed intelligent control and other advanced technologies, and plans to complete the intelligent transformation of 30 enterprise chains by 2026.
