Appearance
The overall design is shaped like a “door”. The large top port is used to connect the main cable, and the side port perpendicular to it is used to output the spur cable. The bottom port is usually equipped with special sealing or connecting parts to ensure a reliable connection and sealing of the cable system.
It is a fully insulated, sealed cable connector suitable for medium and high voltage power supply systems, typically used in ring distribution cabinets, cable tap boxes and block type substations.
Classification:are divided into regular type, waterproof type, dustproof type, mini type, etc. depending on operating conditions;
According to the installation method, they are divided into models with front connection (connected directly to the device) and with rear connection (suitable for a cable branch box).
