Steel cap with one/double lugs: made of ductile iron, hot-dip galvanized (zinc layer ≥ 86 µm), suitable for installing interface-compatible fittings such as ball and groove.
Composite insulator: The rod core is made of epoxy glass fiber and the protective skirt is made of high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, UV resistant.
Applications:
- Power transmission line: fastening and insulating 33 kV overhead line wires, replacing traditional porcelain insulators.
