Material Structure
Using rubber and polymer composite materials with elastic memory function, it can achieve cold shrinkage installation process of 24;
The temperature resistance range covers 70℃ to 200℃, with good fire resistance and adaptability to various working conditions
Rated voltage covers from 6kV to 35kV, suitable for XLPE cables
Pre-expansion process simplifies installation, automatically compresses and tightens the cable after removing the wire core, reducing human operation errors
Applicable scenarios
- Indoor/outdoor stages are optional, especially suitable for highly stable applications such as power plants and substations;
- Fire resistance class and heat resistance parameters should be selected according to the environment.
The 6kV composite prefabricated terminal must combine material characteristics, standardized design and regular maintenance to ensure reliability. When purchasing, you should pay attention to the qualifications of the supplier and product compatibility
