GW4 series disconnect switches are outdoor high-voltage distribution devices widely used in power systems, mainly for voltage isolation and safety protection in electrical equipment maintenance.
Functional positioning
It should be used in conjunction with high-voltage circuit breakers, only for voltage isolation, does not have arcing ability, cannot interrupt load current or short-circuit current.
The operation sequence follows principle 2: "Turn off the circuit breaker before turning off the power, and close the isolating switch before transferring the power."
Applicable scenarios
Rated voltage from 12kV to 252kV (different models correspond to different voltage levels), suitable for 50Hz three-phase AC power systems.
Supports indoor/outdoor installation, suitable for Class III and IV polluted environments and high mountainous areas (up to 4000m)
